Billie’s Pages provides freelance administrative, documentation, and accounting support for remote teams that value accuracy, organization, and reliable follow-through.

My work focuses on the backend of operations, the details that keep things running smoothly but often get overlooked. I support businesses with administrative and operations tasks, document proofreading and maintenance, and accounting support, such as billing, posting, reconciliations, and financial organization. All services are provided as support only and are designed to complement existing systems, not replace licensed professionals.

I bring a background in customer account management, technical support, regulated documentation review, and operations-focused administrative work. This experience has shaped a practical, detail-oriented approach to support, one that prioritizes clarity, consistency, and well-defined processes.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Web Development, which support my work in documentation accuracy, structured workflows, and system-based organization. This foundation allows me to work comfortably across tools, platforms, and technical environments while keeping documentation and records clean and consistent.

Outside of work, I’m a creative at heart. I enjoy painting, live music, and spending time outdoors, especially hiking and camping. My favorite place to reset is the dog park with my dog, Sunny, where I get a reminder that steady routines and fresh air go a long way (principles I bring into my work as well).
